Description :	La statuette était habillée d'une chemise blanche brodée. La statue fait corps avec le coussin à glands sur le quel elle est debout.

Historique :	La dévotion de l'Enfant Jésus devint populaire au 17e siècle à la suite de la fondation de l'Association de l'Enfant Jésus par une carmélite de Beaunne, soeur Marguerite du saint sacrement. Une statue du même type se trouve dans la chapelle de Sorhoueta, canton de Baïgorry (Pyrénées-Atlantiques). L'Oeuvre pourrait être d'un sculpteur espagnol.
